Well, although I hate to be dirty I did have a good time this weekend with Mike, Chris and Alex. We went up Farmington Canyon on Friday night and spent most of Saturday riding the 4-wheelers. Home base was the Bountiful Peak campground. In the morning we went south to as close to the golf balls we could get (the road was closed off) and saw Morgan Valley. After lunch and a nap we went north towards Bountiful and if that road hadn't also been closed off, we probably could have rode right up to my Aunt and Uncle's door step.
We tried a new menu item. Campfire Calzones. We put spaghetti sauce on some pizza bread with mozeralla cheese and pepperoni. Then we folded them in half and wrapped them in tin foil. We put them on the hot campfire coals for about 10 minutes. They were kinda messy, but they tasted alright. Better than ground beef and ketchup tinfoil dinners, bleck. Here are some pictures:

Bree! It looks like you guys had fun. Those calzones sound yummy. Sorry we couldn't make it!
Hey, welcome to the world of blogging! I'm not very good at it, but it's fun to keep up with others. Sounds like you guys had a fun weekend.
